According to the Gardena Police Department, a motorcyclist was killed in a motor vehicle collision in Gardena on Monday. There were two vehicles involved in the collision.
At around 8:25 p.m., a motorcyclist was involved in a collision with another vehicle in the 1400 block of Normandie Avenue. The motorcyclist was critically injured and was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
