A fatal crash involving a stolen vehicle occurred near San Pedro and Zuni, resulting in the loss of one life on Saturday. The incident took place when a stolen Kia was travelling eastbound on Bell Avenue.
The stolen vehicle disregarded a stop sign, leading to a collision with a BMW. The front passenger was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Law enforcement officials are actively investigating the incident and have identified speed as a contributing factor in the crash. However, they have indicated that alcohol or drugs do not appear to have played a role in this tragic event.
