According to the California Highway Patrol, a hit-and-run accident occurred in Rosemead on Sunday. The crash happened in the 7400 block of Garvalia Avenue at around 9:30 p.m.
According to the deputies, an unknown person and an unknown vehicle were involved in the collision. The unknown pedestrian was found lying in the street with trauma to his face and lower torso.
According to the reports, the pedestrian suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Rosemead Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
