According to the California Highway Patrol, a hit-and-run accident occurred in Laguna Beach on Saturday. The crash happened at the 700 block of South Coast Highway at around 2:50 a.m.
According to the investigators, an unknown vehicle and an unknown person were involved in the collision. The officials stated that the unknown person was hit by an unknown vehicle outside of the crosswalk.
The unknown person suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead following the collision. The Laguna Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
