According to the Renton Police Department, a fatal crash was reported on Saturday in Renton. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motor vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred at Southeast Petrovitsky Road and 126th Avenue Southeast. Two vehicles struck one another. As a result of this, a 2010 Mercedes was engulfed in flames.
The occupant of the Mercedes was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. The identity of the deceased person remains unknown.
The crash continues to be investigated by the RPD. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
