According to the California Highway Patrol, a fatal crash was reported on Sunday in Norco. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motor vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred on northbound Interstate 15, north of Sixth Street. Two vehicles collided with one another.
As a result of this one person was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. Other insights pertaining to the collision are yet to be determined. The identity of the deceased person remains unknown.
The cause of the wreck has not been confirmed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
The crash continues to be investigated by the CHP.
