The Texas Department of Public Safety reported a multi-vehicle accident in Nolanville on Monday. The accident occurred on Interstate 14, near Nolanville Hill at around 6:08 a.m. 

According to the officials, the accident was a result of multiple collisions. It started at 6:08 a.m., between a Pontiac and an 18-wheeler transporting lumber. 

A pickup truck stopped to help but a silver vehicle lost control and crashed into the pickup. The passengers and drivers of all the vehicles were able to clear out of the area before an 18-wheeler fuel transport collided with all the vehicles. 

This caused a huge fire which caused the driver of the fuel transport to incur fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. There were four other people who were injured. Their identities are not yet known at this time. 

The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated.
