A fatal crash took place at 1:45 a.m. this Saturday near Wyoming Boulevard and Comanche Road NE. Reports indicate that a motorcycle rider was tragically thrown from their bike and struck by a Kia vehicle after the initial impact, resulting in the rider’s immediate passing.
Preliminary findings reveal the motorcycle rider was seen in a parking lot south of Wyoming and Menaul doing burnouts and doughnuts prior to the crash. Shortly after, the motorcycle left the lot, and the crash was reported.
Authorities are leaning towards the possibility of the motorcycle rider bearing responsibility, with speed and alcohol potentially playing a role.
