One person was killed after a truck fell off an overpass and landed on the ground below Monday near Missouri City.
As per the initial information, the fatal single-vehicle wreck took place at Beltway 8 and US-90 Alt. Emergency responders actively responded to the area at around noon in response to a serious crash. The early reports showed that a dump truck carrying concrete crashed after going off the overpass, landing on the ground below.
The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. No further details are available.
The crash remains under investigation.
