The California Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle crash on Saturday.
The accident occurred at 40th Street East and East Avenue O at around 6:56 p.m.
The officers have reported that two victims were trapped in at least one of the cars.
There were a total of three people injured in the collision. The fourth victim was declared dead at the scene.
The conditions of the remaining victims have not been disclosed neither have their identities.
The cause of the crash is being investigated by the officials.
It is not known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the fatal accident.
There are no other details available at this time.
