According to the Dayton Police Department, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Dayton on Monday.
The crash happened in the 5900 block of SH 146 south at around 7:30 p.m.
According to the Police, a GMC Yukon, an Infinity SUV, and two other vehicles were involved in the collision.
The driver of the GMC was pulling out of a driveway and veered into the path of the SUV. The GMC was then struck by two other vehicles.
The officials stated that the driver of the infinity was pronounced dead at the scene and two others were rushed to the hospital.
According to Capt. Shane Burleigh, the identity of the drivers was not revealed.
The officials are investigating whether drugs, alcohol, distracted driving, or speed played a factor in the crash.
The fatal crash is being investigated by the officials.
