The Police department reported a motor vehicle accident in Richland on sunday. 

The officials stated that the accident happened on County Highway V near Cazenovia at around 5:45a.m.

The authorities confirmed that the truck went off the road and the driver was injured. 

The driver, Riley Astle, 20 of Canzenova was conscious and breathing at the scene. He was taken to the Reedsburg hospital by Cazenovia EMS.

The investigation about the crash stated that the truck entered a ditch on the north side of County Highway V and struck a culvert.

The condition of the victim remains unknown. 

The accident is still under investigation. 

Additional information regarding the crash is currently unavailable. 

It is unknown whether drugs, alcohol or reckless driving was a factor involved in the crash.
