According to the Nevada State Police, a motor vehicle accident occurred in Carson City on Thursday.
The crash happened on I-580 near Fairview at around 2:44 p.m.
According to the Carson City Fire Department, an unknown person and an unknown vehicle were involved in the collision.
The driver of the vehicle traveled northbound where it rolled, coming to rest on its wheels in the median.
The officials stated that the driver suffered significant injuries and was rushed to the Renown Medical Center for treatment.
The Nevada Highway Patrol did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown injured person.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided by the officers.
