According to the Reno Police Department, a motor vehicle crash was reported on Monday afternoon in Reno.
Officials confirmed that one person was injured due to the accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred at East 4th and Sutro Streets.
An RTC bus was rear-ended by a pickup vehicle.
This resulted in injuring one passenger inside the bus.
The injured passenger was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Other details pertaining to the wreck have not been revealed yet.
The eastbound 4th Street was closed as a result of the accident.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident.
The crash continues to be investigated by the RPD.
