According to the Lebanon Police, a motor vehicle accident occurred near the fairgrounds on Tuesday.
The officials stated that the crash occurred on Sparta Pike and Peyton Road near the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair entrance.
The driver of a motor vehicle hit the police car causing the car to flip to its side.
The driver was injured in the crash.
The status of the victim’s injuries has not been released by the officials.
The authorities have not identified the victim.
