Official reports state that a pedestrian sustained minor injuries after being struck by a car near the University of Nevada on Saturday night.
The pedestrian accident reportedly took place at around 7:30 PM on Saturday. Police added that the driver stayed on the scene to cooperate with law enforcement.
When asked about potential causes for the crash, police state that impairment is not suspected to have been a factor. In addition to this, law authorities did not mention any other probable causes for the incident, nor did they mention the name of the victim.
