The Reno Fire Department was dispatched to Bennie Lane after a call at around 9:30 PM on Tuesday to rescue 1 person after being struck in a motor vehicle accident.
According to the Reno Police Department, the injured individual was found trapped under the front axle of his vehicle. The officials added that the man had committed a hit-and-run accident prior to his accident.
The man showed signs consistent with driving under the influence. The authorities have not disclosed the condition of the victim and his injuries. No additional details were disclosed by the officials, and the investigation is ongoing.
