Oakland police are looking into a crash where the driver of a rented U-Haul truck reportedly lost control and rammed into a fire hydrant and a fence on Monday.

According to a witness, a second vehicle may have been involved in the crash, but it left the scene. On arrival, the driver was transported to the hospital for their injuries.
