1 person injured after a single-vehicle crash in Baldwin Park (Baldwin Park, CA)

One person received injuries after a vehicle slammed into a light pole late Monday night in Baldwin Park.

As per the initial information, the authorities actively responded to the area of North Frazier Street and East Judith at about 11:25 p.m. on reports of a single-vehicle crash. The early reports showed that a vehicle plowed into a light pole. The driver of the vehicle received major injuries to his face.

On arrival, responders provided aid to the driver. The victim was taken to USC Medical Center for treatment. Speed reportedly played a part in the crash. The identity of the patient has not been released. No further details are available.

The collision remains under investigation.
