On Wednesday night, one person suffered injuries following a motorcycle crash in Fresno.

As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place at about 7:00 p.m. near South Marks and West Adams Avenue. The preliminary investigation showed that a pickup truck crashed into a motorcycle that had the right of way.

On arrival, emergency crews rushed the motorcycle rider to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Officers arrested the at fault driver who was responsible for felony DUI charges and were double the legal limit. No other information has been released.

The incident remains under active review.
