One person was hurt after a car ran into American Family Urgent Care Center on Hunters Crossing in Alcoa.
Officers quickly responded to the crash scene at 3 p.m. after getting reports of a crash. On arrival, responding officers found a car inside the main lobby of the center and a person with his arm trapped between the car and the building. Rescuers were able to pull the man out and took him to the University of Tennessee Medical Center for treatment.
Reports revealed that both the driver and the man are in stable condition. According to the officials, the front entrances of the building are damaged but the main structure of the building is undamaged. No other details are available.
The incident remains under review.
