One person was left in critical condition after a traffic collision early Monday in Tucson.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place at about 9 a.m. on East Aviation Parkway. According to the authorities, the incident happened when one of the pick-up trucks involved went through a red light.
One person was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. It is unknown if the incident caused any other injuries. The Aviation was reopened to traffic at about 1:15 p.m. The identity of the injured victim has not been released at this time. No other details are available.
The incident remains under investigation.
