On Thursday morning, one person suffered injuries following a multi-vehicle wreck in Tyler.
As per the initial information, the three-vehicle pile-up took place on US Highway 69 just north of County Road 490. On arrival, emergency responders rushed one person to a local hospital in critical condition. No details are available regarding the vehicles involved in the collision.
