One person received critical injuries after a single-vehicle accident in North Austin.
As per the initial information, the rollover crash took place at 9200 block Metric Blvd. The early reports showed that a vehicle veered off the roadway and went into a detention pond. Emergency crews responded to the scene and, on arrival, extricated one person who was trapped inside the vehicle.
The patient was then rushed to the hospital with critical injuries. The identity of the victim has not been released at this time. No other information is available.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
