One person was hurt after a multi-vehicle wreck Saturday in West Hills.
As per the initial information, the authorities were on the scene at about 12:08 p.m. after getting reports of a three-vehicle accident on Platt Avenue and Victory Boulevard in the West Hills neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley.
The early reports showed that a white BMW, SUV Toyota 4Runner and a Land Rover were involved in the collision. One driver complained of knee pain, but refused to be taken by ambulance to a hospital.
According to the eyewitnesses in the area, the driver of the white BMW was the vehicle which led to the crash, sending the 4Runner on its roof and hitting the black Land Rover. Debris was cleared from the street by the crews for drivers heading north on Platt.
Motor oil, antifreeze and fuel were observed on the surface of the street. Southbound lanes were shut down until the vehicles were hauled away from the scene. No other information is available.
An investigation is ongoing.
