According to the San Angelo Police Department, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in San Angelo on Saturday. The crash happened in the area of Knickerbocker Road near the Stadium Lanes.
According to Concho Valley Homepage staff, a motorcycle and a car were involved in the collision.
The motorcyclist suffered major injuries, was transported to the hospital for treatment, and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the deceased motorcyclist was not revealed by the San Angelo Fire Department.
The officials are investigating whether drugs, alcohol, distracted driving, or speed played a factor in the crash.
