One person was hospitalized following a traffic collision Friday morning in the city of Irwindale.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place at around 2:48 a.m. on the 605 Freeway. The early reports showed that one person was pinned inside a vehicle due to the collision. On arrival, emergency responders utilized the Jaws of Life to cut the doors off the vehicle to free the trapped patient.
The victim was rushed to a local hospital. The extent of injuries sustained by the victim remains unknown at this time. The other party was not hospitalized. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear. No other details are available.
