One person was injured after a traffic collision Saturday in North Las Vegas.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle crash took place on Carey Avenue near Rancho Dr at the entrance of Walmart. The emergency crews actively responded to the scene at about 4 a.m. on reports of a crash with a person pinned in the driver’s seat.
The early reports showed that an SUV slammed into the side of a semi-truck. Due to the impact, the driver was pinned in his seat. On arrival, crews removed the door to extricate the driver and took them in stable condition to UMC Trauma. No other details are available.
The wreck remains under investigation.
