The Goodyear Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash in Goodyear on Saturday evening. The crash happened from Pebble Creek Parkway east close to Indian school road and falcon drive. The crash was between an SUV and a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital in a critically ill state, where they later passed away from their wounds. The condition of the second patient who was transported to the hospital is unknown.
Investigators are currently trying to identify what caused the crash and how it happened. The identities of the motorcyclist and any other passengers in the SUV have not been made public by the police.
At this time, it is unknown whether or not impairment contributed to the fatal collision.
