The Daisy Mountain Fire and Medical officials reported a motor vehicle crash in Cave Creek.
The car left the road near Carefree Highway and 42nd Street while it was moving at an unknown speed.
Apparently, the car veered off the road and collided with a metal power pole, according to the officials.
The car then burst into flames after colliding with a sizable metal power pole.
One victim in the car is reportedly already dead, according to the authorities.
The names and identities of the victims have not been made public.
The fatal crash is being investigated by the officials.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident.
