The Oxford Police department reported a hit-and-run accident in Memphis.
The officials reported that 24-year-old Seth Rokitka and his passenger, Tristan Holland, 18 struck two Ole Miss Students in the parking lot of Oxford City Hall.
The officials stated that one of the victims, a female, was taken to the regional hospital with unknown injuries.
The officials confirmed that one person, identified as Walker Fielder, died at the scene.
The officials stated that Rokitkawas was arrested on Monday at around 8:30 a.m.
According to the Oxford police department, Tristan Holland is in police custody.
The police are yet to identify the female victim.
The fatal crash is being investigated at the moment.
No additional information was released.
