One person was killed after a traffic collision Monday in Mesa.
As per the initial information, Mesa Fire & Medical crews actively responded to the area at Alma School Road and Bass Pro Drive in north Mesa after getting reports of a two-vehicle accident. Two victims were involved in the crash.
Authorities confirmed that one person died at the scene of the accident. The other incurred minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The events that have led up to the collision remain unknown at this time. The identities of the victims have not been released. No other details have been provided.
The crash remains under review.
