1 person dead after being run over by a mobile home in Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV)

On Tuesday, one person was killed after getting run over by a mobile home in Las Vegas.

As per the initial information, the fatal pedestrian incident took place at about 1:55 p.m. at 3051 Highland Drive. The preliminary investigation showed that a mobile home’s rear wheels ran over a woman who let go of the passenger side of the vehicle.

Reports further added that a woman was holding onto the passenger side of a 1998 Ford E-350 Jamboree mobile home as it was going east through the parking lot of 3051 Highland Dr. At some point of time, the mobile home tried to make a right turn to go southbound on Highland from the private drive as the pedestrian let go of the vehicle.

The woman fell onto the roadway and the back wheels of the Ford ran over her. The victim suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials. The driver of the Ford stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. No other details are made available.

The incident remains under investigation.
