1 person dead after an auto-pedestrian accident in SeaTac (SeaTac, WA)

On Monday, one person was killed after getting hit by a vehicle in SeaTac.

As per the initial information, the fatal auto-pedestrian accident took place a little before 6:30 a.m. at South 170th Street and International Boulevard. The early reports showed that a vehicle struck a pedestrian for reason that are yet to be known.

It is unknown if the vehicle that hit the person stayed at the scene after the collision. The northbound lanes of International Boulevard were shut down at South 176th Street as crews worked at the scene. The closure was expected to last till about 9:30 a.m. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
