Police reports state that 1 person has been transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries after a motor vehicle incident in Las Vegas on Friday.
Officers were called to the site of the pedestrian accident at around 2:40 PM. They stated that the pedestrian was seen to have run out onto the street and was struck by the car. The vehicle’s driver remained on the scene to corporate with investigators and showed no impairment.
As a result of the incident and to conduct the investigation, the northbound lanes of Koval Lane were closed. The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada later confirmed that officials had reopened the route.
Updated details regarding the condition of the pedestrian are awaited.
