Gilroy Police are searching for a suspect involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed one on Monday night. The crash happened at Wren Avenue and El Cerrito Way at about 8:54 p.m.
The victim was identified as a male Gilroy resident. Police will release additional details about his age after confirmation.
The suspect vehicle was identified as a gray or charcoal-color SUV with front-end damage. According to the police, it was last spotted northbound on Wren Avenue.
No additional information regarding the crash is currently available. The crash is under investigation.
