The Temple Police Department is in the process of investigating an early morning accident where 1 person was killed on Tuesday. Official reports of the Police Department and Texas Highway Patrol indicate that the incident took place at around 5 AM.
The scene of the multi-vehicle accident was the northbound side of the northbound I-35 near Midway Drive. The 2 vehicles involved included a passenger vehicle and an 18-wheeler. The vehicles were traveling northbound when the accident occurred.
According to police, a passenger in one of the vehicles was killed and declined to comment on the causes of the accident and the victim’s identity. No other injuries were reported.
