On Tuesday afternoon, a man lost his life while two others suffered injuries following a traffic accident in Sacramento.
As per the initial information, the fatal crash took place near Power Inn Road and Berry Avenue. One person died as a result of the collision whereas two victims were transported to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
Officials shut down Power Inn Road between Elder Creek and Florin roads as crews worked at the scene. The roads have since reopened, officers mentioned. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time.
An investigation into the crash is continuing.
