Two juveniles were injured Saturday afternoon when a pickup truck crashed on MO Y about five miles west of Ava, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The crash, logged as incident 260266937, occurred at approximately 12:05 p.m. in Douglas County, within the jurisdiction of Troop G, the Patrol reported.
A single vehicle was involved — a 2004 Dodge Dakota traveling westbound on MO Y at the time of the crash, the Patrol said.
Both the juvenile driver and a juvenile occupant of the truck sustained moderate injuries, according to the Patrol's report. Both were transported to a medical facility for treatment following the crash.
