Officials identified 46-year-old Robert Graves who died after a two-car crash on the south side (Tucson, AZ)

On Thursday, authorities identified 46-year-old Robert Graves as the man who lost his life following a two-vehicle accident Wednesday on the south side.

The preliminary reports showed that 46-year-old Robert Graves was driving a Nissan Armada at about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday when his car got reportedly hit by a Toyota Camry that was turning left onto Wilmot Road from westbound Valencia Road.

On arrival, first responders rushed Graves to the hospital for further treatment of his injuries. However, he died of his injuries shortly after arriving at the local medical facility. The driver of the Toyota Camry did not report any injuries. That driver also stayed at the scene of the accident. No charges have been filed at this time.

An investigation is ongoing.
