Delaware State Police have identified 19-year-old Charles Williamson of Dagsboro, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal crash on Tuesday in Millsboro. The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this crash. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to please contact Master Corporal K.
