On Saturday morning, six bicyclists suffered injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Waller County.
As per the initial information, the vehicle hit six cyclists as they went eastbound on US-290 BUS. Reports revealed that two of the injured riders were provided medical aid at a hospital in Waller. Two other victims were flown to Houston for treatment where one was treated for head trauma.
The remaining two victims refused treatment at the scene. None of the people involved in the collision received critical injuries. The condition of the vehicle’s driver is unknown at this time.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
