On Sunday afternoon, one person was killed and another suffered injuries following a rollover crash in southeast Travis County.
As per the initial information, the fatal incident took place on FM 812, close to Mustang Ridge and Cedar Creek. On arrival, emergency responders performed CPR and other life-saving measures on one of the victims but the person died of their injuries at the scene.
Another victim was airlifted to a nearby hospital with critical injuries through helicopter. Officials shut down the road for several hours as crews worked to clear the scene. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is continuing.
