A 51-year-old Raymond Tsuchimoto, a San Bernardino resident, died in a multi-vehicle pile-up on North Arrowhead Avenue on Wednesday.
The deadly incident happened at 8:29 a.m. at the intersection of Highland Avenue. Afterwards, responders rushed Tsuchimoto to St. Bernardine Medical Center. Later, authorities declared him deceased at 8:56 a.m.
Finally, an investigation is underway.
