The Wichita Falls Police Department reported a motor vehicle accident on Saturday. The collision occurred in the area between Kemp Boulevard and Rhea Road at around 9 p.m. 

According to the officials, a vehicle had been driving erratically before it accelerated and ran off the road. It then crashed into a stormwater ditch that runs along Southwest Parkway. 

There was only one person present in the vehicle at the time of the accident and it was the driver. The driver had incurred fatal injuries and was pronounced dead. Their identity is not yet known at this time. 

The officials have reported that they suspect the driver to have run into a medical issue before the fatal crash occurred. There are no other details available at this time.
