According to the California Highway Police, a fatal crash was reported in Placer County. Officials confirmed that three people died due to the motor vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred near Roseville. A BMW crashed into a power pole.
This resulted in the driver losing control of the vehicle. The car thereby rolled over several times and hit a brick gate.
The three occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. The three 21-year-old deceased men were identified as Zachary Brown, Lucas Braner and Lane Castro.
The cause of the collision is yet to be determined. The crash continues to be investigated by the CHP.
