The Buckeye Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Monday evening. The accident happened on Loop 202 close to Lower Buckeye Road at around 4:30 p.m. 

The police stated that the collision involved a motorcyclist. According to investigators, the motorbike rider who was not wearing a helmet was struck by a car. 

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead in the hospital after being taken there with fatal injuries. The identity of the deceased victim has not been provided.

Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the collision. Just after 4:30 p.m., Lower Buckeye Road reopened. The fatal crash is still being investigated by the authorities.
