Man fighting for his life after a pedestrian crash in Tucson (Tucson, AZ)

On Monday, a man suffered serious injuries after being hit by a train in Tucson.

As per the initial information, the pedestrian accident took place near West Second Street and North 13th Avenue. On arrival, emergency crews rushed the man to a nearby hospital in critical condition. At about 5:30 p.m., officers did not mention road closures, but it seemed the train had stopped.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time. The identity of the injured victim has not been revealed. Authorities have not provided any other details pertaining to the collision.

The incident remains under active review.
