On Wednesday night, three people were hurt following a traffic collision in Coronado.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle crash took place at 7th Street and Orange Avenue. The early reports showed that two vehicles collided with each other for undetermined reasons. On arrival, responders found a car flipped over on its top and a damaged pickup truck next to it.
At this time, it is unknown if the three people hurt in the accident were all occupants of the vehicles or pedestrians. The victims suffered only minor injuries. The southbound 600 block of Orange Avenue was blocked for an unknown amount of time as crews worked at the scene. Drivers were asked to avoid the area. No further details were provided.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
