On Wednesday, three people suffered injuries following a traffic collision in Alexandria.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle crash took place on Jackson Street at its intersection with Ola Street in Alexandria at about 2:42 p.m. On arrival, emergency personnel transported the drivers of both vehicles to local hospitals with moderate injuries.
The 15-year-old was a passenger in one of the vehicles and was rushed to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No additional information has been provided.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
